Functional Area-Information Technology

Educational Qualification-

Essential: Bachelors in IT or related field

Preferred: MBA or MS in Technical/Management field

Age Bracket-30 years+

Professional Experience-10 years+

Annual CTC- 10 LPA-12 LPA

Probation Period-180 Days (6 Months)

Reporting Manager-Head of People Management

Timeline for Hiring-Immediate

Key

1. IT Infrastructure Management- Maintain IT systems, networks, servers, and assets for smooth operations.

2. Client Relationship Management- Maintaining cordial relationships with client representatives at all times.

3. Technical Support & Troubleshooting- Provide Level 1 & 2 support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

4. Procurement- Technical purchase via competitive tendering

5. Cybersecurity & Data Protection-Implement security measures, manage firewalls, and ensure data protection compliance.

6. IT Policies & Compliance- Enforce IT policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and conduct audits.
