Ability to manage end users. Good communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot and understand complex issues. Knowledge of SAP Public Cloud will be added on. problem-solving, strong communication, adaptability to change, and a penchant for continuous learning.Provide support and guidance to other users, addressing their queries, issues, and challenges related to the SAP system.Organizing training sessions for new users, helping them understand how to navigate the system, execute transactions, and perform tasks efficiently. Generating document of best practices, user guides, and tips for using the SAP system effectively, aiding in knowledge sharing across the organization. You might generate and distribute reports using the SAP system, providing valuable insights to different departments or management. You will be looking after PP/QM/PS/PM Master data and their activities. You will be looking after testing scenarios of the mentioned module. Apart from SAP, you will be looking after the daily troubleshooting of computer systems and IT assets.
