We are looking for a driven individual for the role of IT Manager who would be instrumental in our expansion plans. Youll manage a cross-functional team, collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients, oversee Dynamics 365 BC/NAV deployment, and optimize IT operations to support business growth. You would work directly with global clients. We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Manager to lead the technology operations of a diversified group of companies, including a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP partner and various non-IT business units.

Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365, Azure Administrator, ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
Must have handled global projects.
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience managing IT in both IT and non-IT business environments (preferably retail, manufacturing, trading, or logistics).
Strong experience with cloud technologies (preferably Microsoft Azure), cybersecurity, networking, and enterprise infrastructure
