Role & responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
  
• Create and curate engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
  
• Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels and adapt content to suit different platforms
  
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.)
  
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
  
• Stay up to date with latest social media best practices, trends, tools, and technologies
  
• Run paid social media ad campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  
• Engage with followers, respond to queries promptly, and build a community online

Preferred candidate profile

• Have 3+ years in social media marketing, preferably in design, home improvement, construction, or lifestyle.
• Understand the Australian audience mindset, whether you're posting for an Architect, Interior designer or a homeowner.
• Speak fluent Canva, Reels, Insights, Meta Ads, Hashtags, and Analytics.
• Know the difference between content that looks nice, and content that works.
• Can write killer captions, clever hooks, and brand-aligned replies that feel genuine.
• Are obsessed with detail, creative flow, and performance metrics.
• Want to build a brand, not just manage pages
