JOB DESCRIPTION CONTENT MARKETER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Content Marketing Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with business goals, Microsoft Dynamics product roadmaps, and buyer personas. Create, edit, and manage high-quality content, including Blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and Video scripts, webinars, podcasts, Email campaigns, landing pages, and product-focused guides ¢ Conduct keyword research, assess and implement SEO best practices to improve organic traffic and engagement. ¢ Collaborate with demand generation teams to amplify content reach across various marketing channels. Product Marketing ¢ Positioning Messaging: Develop compelling product messaging that communicates the value of Microsoft Dynamics business solution to different personas and target industries. ¢ Customer Insights: Collaborate with customer success and sales teams to gather customer feedback and insights, turning them into impactful marketing initiatives. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy ¢ Plan and execute GTM campaigns like Targeted and Branded Email Campaigns, Webinar, regular posts on Company LinkedIn Page and other social media platforms. Sales Enablement ¢ Develop collateral like White Paper, Product Capability document, Industry Specific e-books, Customer Case Studies, Pitch decks, competitor comparisons, and FAQs. Customer-Focused Content: Partner with the Sales and Delivery team to create case studies, testimonials, and user stories that showcase the ROI of product. Collaboration Across Teams: ¢ Work with the Sales team to ensure alignment between features and marketing messaging. ¢ Collaborate with sales, customer success, and demand generation teams to execute cohesive campaigns that drive business results. ¢ Serve as the bridge between technical product teams and non-technical audiences, translating complex concepts into digestible marketing materials.
