It Manager

Infrastructure Management

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, cloud, end-user systems).
• Ensure scalability, uptime, and performance of IT systems.

Information Security & Compliance

• Develop, implement, and monitor information security policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
• Manage risk assessments, internal audits, and security awareness initiatives.

Client Management

• Act as a technical point of contact for key clients.
• Support client requirements, audits, and technology discussions.
• Ensure service delivery and compliance with client SLAs.

• Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor IT teams across infrastructure, security, and operations.
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers.

• Strategic IT Planning

  :

• Define IT roadmap aligned with business growth and innovation goals.
• Drive digital transformation, automation, and adoption of new technologies.
• Optimize IT budgets and resource allocation.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1215 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, and client management. • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS and Azure). • Experience with ITIL frameworks, ISO 27001 implementation/audit, and regulatory compliance. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Attributes

• Industry certifications such as CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 LA/LI, ITIL.
  • Experience in handling IT for mid-to-large organizations. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
