Position: IT Manager
Area of Expertise: IT Systems Management, Troubleshooting, Website Administration, Digital Platforms, Technical Support, and Software Operations.

Educational Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Application / B.Tech (CS or IT). Proficiency in English and Hindi (writing & speaking). Advanced computer skills with strong knowledge of troubleshooting various software-related issues. Ability to provide training on IT platforms. Strong technical support and problem-solving skills for IT infrastructure and software tools.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience as an IT professional, preferably with at least 5 years in Government-run projects or externally aided projects (EAPs). Experience in managing IT platforms and portals. Proven ability to work on technical assignments and deliver timely solutions. Exposure to IT project planning, monitoring, and support functions.

Roles & Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Uttarakhand client to complete IT-related assignments.
• Conduct training for implementing agencies of Uttarakhand client on IT systems such as Digital APO, MIS, eGreenwatch, etc.
• Manage and maintain Uttarakhand websites.
• Generate various reports and data outputs using different software tools.
• Assist in troubleshooting IT issues and maintaining system functionality.
