You will be responsible for the management of CCTV, SQL, LAN/WAN, firewall, VPN, Wi-Fi, and internet security systems. Monitoring and troubleshooting system performance issues and outages will be part of your daily tasks. Ensuring data security and compliance is also a crucial aspect of the role. Furthermore, you will be required to provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Collaborating with vendors for IT asset procurement and service management will be essential. Installing, configuring, and supporting business applications such as POS systems, ERP, HRMS, and CRM will also fall under your purview. Supervising and guiding IT support staff or vendors to ensure seamless operations is another key responsibility.
