Commi Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commis Chef Trainer to train, mentor, and prepare students for careers in the hospitality and culinary industry. This role involves delivering both theoretical and practical training aligned with industry standards while fostering professional discipline, kitchen hygiene, and soft skills essential for today’s workplace. A Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or a related discipline is essential. 5+ years of total work experience in the hospitality industry. Minimum 2 years of teaching/training experience is mandatory. Candidates with SSC (Sector Skill Council) certification will be preferred. Hands-on expertise in professional kitchen operations, food safety, hygiene, and modern cooking techniques.
