IT Manager

As a candidate for the role at Damsuns, your primary objective will be to drive the next-gen digital backbone of the company by enhancing the custom ERP ecosystem, implementing scalable applications, and integrating AI-led process optimization across various functions. Your role requires a builder mindset to architect systems rather than just maintain them. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the complete development, optimization, and governance of Damsuns" custom ERP platform. - Design and implement in-house applications to enhance workflow efficiency in sales, operations, production, finance, and service departments. - Develop automation frameworks utilizing AI/ML, RPA, and no-code/low-code accelerators to achieve a 10x productivity boost. - Ensure enterprise-level security, maintain data integrity, and adhere to audit trails and compliance standards. - Collaborate across functions to transform business bottlenecks into digital solutions with quantifiable results. - Establish IT SOPs, access controls, backup/recovery procedures, and proactive cybersecurity governance. - Supervise IT infrastructure, cloud environments, endpoint security, and system uptime with strict SLAs. - Manage external vendors, integrations, APIs, and cross-platform data pipelines. - Monitor KPIs and provide insights dashboards to support leadership decision-making. Qualifications: - Demonstrated experience in developing or managing custom ERP solutions, preferably in multi-brand or multi-location setups. - Proficiency in application development, databases, integrations, and process automation. - Forward-thinking approach with practical exposure to AI, LLMs, intelligent assistants, and digital transformation initiatives. - Strong compliance orientation with a governance-first mindset, structured documentation, and a focus on process discipline. - Execution-driven mentality, excelling in fast-paced environments and delivering outcomes rather than just completing tasks.,
