Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and versatile professional will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and configuring ERP systems to meet organizational needs. The role demands close collaboration with business users, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth implementation, customization, and support of ERP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering & Analysis
  • Interact with business stakeholders to understand requirements, workflows, and pain points.
  • Conduct workshops and document business process requirements.
  • Application or ERP Implementation & Configuration
  • Configure ERP modules (Finance, HR, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, etc.) as per business requirements.
  • Support ERP implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Map business processes to ERP functionalities and suggest best practices.
  • Testing & Validation
  • Prepare functional specifications and test cases.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Work with technical teams for bug fixes and system improvements.
  • User Training & Support
  • Provide end-user training and create user manuals / SOPs.
  • Resolve ERP-related functional issues and provide ongoing support.
  • Act as liaison between business teams and technical teams.
  • Project Coordination
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Support change management and ensure smooth adoption of ERP solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-8 years of hands-on ERP functional consulting (preferably with systems like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Odoo, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Experience in ERP implementation lifecycle (requirement gathering configuration testing go-live support).
  • Ability to write functional specifications and work with technical teams for developments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • Hands-On experience with IT Hardware and or IOT devices.
  • Understanding of Hardware communication Protocols.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in multiple ERP modules.
  • Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools.
  • Project management exposure (Agile / Waterfall).
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with dashboards creations.
  • Report Creation and MIS dashboards.
