Key Responsibilities:

• Drive

  end-to-end international B2B sales

  for services like

  Web Development, Mobile Apps, Blockchain, AI/ML

  , and more.
• Generate quality leads using platforms like

  Freelancer, Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo.io

  , and other freelance or prospecting tools.
• Manage leads and sales funnels through

  CRM tools such as HubSpot and Zoho

  .
• Work

  closely with the founders

  to strategize and build a strong and scalable

  sales team

  .
• Create and maintain a solid

  sales pipeline and client acquisition process

  .
• Confidently

  build a sales team from scratch

  , provide mentorship, and drive consistent performance.
• Establish and grow relationships with both

  international and domestic clients

  .

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in

  IT service sales and lead generation

  .
• Strong understanding of

  freelance platforms

  , prospecting tools, and

  CRM systems

  .
• Proven track record in

  international client handling

  and

  sales conversions

  .
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team-building skills.
• Confidence and experience in

  building and leading a sales team

  .
• Should have worked in an

  IT services company

  offering development or tech solutions.
