Location: BearTech Katara Hills Office (9:30 am to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday)

Overview:
BearTech is seeking a dynamic and skilled IT Installation Executive to join our team, specializing in GPS Tracking Devices, Biometric Attendance Systems, and CCTV Cameras. As a Technical Support & Installation Executive, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, conducting on-site installations, and ensuring the smooth operation of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients for GPS tracking devices, biometric attendance systems, and CCTV cameras via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Conduct on-site visits for installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware components.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
• Document and track customer issues and resolutions using CRM systems.
• Communicate technical information and instructions to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
• Stay updated on product features, technical documentation, and industry trends.
• Participate in product training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). Freshers Can Apply
• Proven experience in technical support and customer service roles, preferably in the field of GPS tracking devices, biometric attendance systems, or CCTV cameras.
• Strong knowledge of computer operations, software applications, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for on-site visits and fieldwork.
• Proficiency in Excel and PDF.

• 30 days of comprehensive training with a fixed pay of 8000/-.
• 3-month probation period with a fixed salary of 14000/- to 16,000/-.
