As a Technical Support & Installation Executive, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, conducting on-site installations, and ensuring the smooth operation of our products. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to clients for GPS tracking devices, biometric attendance systems, and CCTV cameras via phone, email, and in-person visits. Conduct on-site visits for installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware components. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services. Document and track customer issues and resolutions using CRM systems. Communicate technical information and instructions to clients in a clear and understandable manner. Stay updated on product features, technical documentation, and industry trends.
