Job Title: Installation Executive Company: BearTech Location: [Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh] Salary: ₹10000 to 12000 per month (for the first 3 months – probation period) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: Fresher / Entry Level Reporting To: Senior Installation Executive Job Overview: We are hiring a Helper to assist our Installation Executive in the fieldwork for CCTV Cameras , GPS Tracking Devices , and Biometric Attendance Systems . This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in the security and IT hardware industry. Key Responsibilities: Assist in transporting and organizing installation tools and equipment. Support the lead technician during the installation process at client sites. Help with mounting devices, running cables, and basic setup tasks. Maintain cleanliness and ensure safety at the worksite. Follow instructions and company protocols carefully. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 10th pass or above. Willing to work in the field and travel as needed. Physically fit and reliable. Eager to learn and support the technical team. Prior experience not required but preferred. Salary Details: Probation Period: ₹10000 per month for the first 3 months.
