Job Description:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new business by identifying prospective sales opportunities. You will work closely with our internal Technical team & with potential clients, understanding their needs and how our IT services can meet those needs. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals looking to develop their sales skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients via telephone and email to analyze their needs and recommend appropriate IT services.
  • Work closely with Ssquad internal Technical heads & management team to understannd our products & service.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and actively follow up to close sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify new leads and understand industry trends.
  • Present, promote, and sell IT services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Record all customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in IT services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1 -2years experience in inside sales/ Fresh graduates with excellent English communciation skills are welcome to apply, training will be provided from our oversees training partners.
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
  • Solid understanding of different sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,212.33 - ₹28,000.00 per month
