IT Infrastructure Manager - Network Domain

As an AM/DM- IT Infrastructure at MSIL Gurgaon's Kharkhoda Plant within the ITIP Department, your main responsibility will be to plan and implement IT Infrastructure Solutions to meet the business requirements efficiently and punctually. Reporting directly to the Department Head, ITIP, you will be a key player in ensuring the seamless deployment of IT infrastructure solutions. Your educational background should include a B. Tech degree along with certifications in CCNA and Project Management. With a work experience ranging from 3 to 7 years, you will be well-equipped to handle the challenges of this role effectively. Your duties will involve exploring IT solutions in alignment with the business needs of the new plant, as well as designing and implementing various IT infrastructure solutions such as LAN, WAN, IP Telephony, Wireless Network, CCTV, PA System, among others in the Kharkhoda Plant. You will also be responsible for setting up IT infrastructure for business expansions, capacity planning, and ensuring timely renewal of contracts and agreements. Additionally, drafting RFPs for IT infrastructure solutions and service contracts will be within your scope of work. To excel in this role, you must possess strong competencies in project management, a sharp aptitude, assertiveness, excellent presentation and communication skills. Your proficiency in IT infrastructure including Datacenter, Network, VOIP, Wireless, CCTV, PA System, along with expertise in contract negotiations and vendor management will be vital for success in this position.
