As an IT Infrastructure Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations and high availability of services. Your responsibilities will include: - **System Maintenance:** Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot server and network infrastructure for optimal performance. - **Technical Support:** Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, assisting users with technical queries and problems. - **Network Management:** Assist in setting up and managing network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls) to ensure secure and reliable connectivity. - **Documentation:** Keep documentation of IT infrastructure, processes, and procedures up-to-date. - **Backup and Recovery:** Manage backup processes and disaster recovery plans to safeguard data integrity. - **Collaboration:** Collaborate closely with the IT team to implement new technologies and upgrade existing systems. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 2 to 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support or a similar role. - Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and experience with Windows/Linux server environments. - Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
