IT infrastructure and Reliability

Role Overview: As a Technology Risk Assessor at Visa, your role involves performing technology risk assessments, with a focus on IT infrastructure risk assessments in both on-premises and cloud environments. You will also be responsible for conducting reliability assessments for Visa applications and infrastructure to identify associated risks. Additionally, you will review exceptions to ensure all necessary information is included in requests and identify and communicate risks through the governance process. Your participation in governance and leadership meetings to provide information on risk assessment is crucial. Moreover, you will be involved in conducting basic training of GenAI models to facilitate automation, developing and delivering risk reporting to management and governance committees, coordinating and developing responses to regulatory inquiries and requests, and collaborating with other teams such as Cybersecurity, Operations & Infrastructure, and Corporate IT throughout the process. Key Responsibilities: - Performing technology risk assessments, focusing on IT infrastructure risk assessments in both on-premises and cloud environments - Conducting reliability assessments for Visa applications and infrastructure to identify associated risks - Reviewing exceptions to ensure all necessary information is included in requests - Identifying and communicating risks through the governance process - Participating in governance and leadership meetings to provide information on risk assessment - Conducting basic training of GenAI models to facilitate automation - Developing and delivering risk reporting to management and governance committees - Coordinating and developing responses to regulatory inquiries and requests - Collaborating with other teams such as Cybersecurity, Operations & Infrastructure, and Corporate IT throughout the process Qualifications: - 3+ years of relevant experience - Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, demonstrating initiative and teamwork in a collegial work environment - Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and availability, including incident and change management, capacity management, and disaster recovery - Preferred experience in performing IT infrastructure security assessments and reliability assessments - Knowledge of Cybersecurity, access management, data security, business continuity risks, and controls - Strong prioritization skills to efficiently meet project timelines and adapt to changing priorities - Solid analytical and problem-solving skills - Effective communication skills, both formal and informal, with senior management and governance committees,
