You will be responsible for providing effective and inspirational leadership to the local Mechanical Integrity team, ensuring that it comprises efficient, motivated, and high-quality staff. As a key leader in the global Asset Lifecycle Optimization leadership team, you will play an active role in collaborating with other leaders to plan for resourcing and ensure high-quality technical delivery for existing and future projects. Your role will involve offering technical leadership, direction, and assurance to the local delivery team for Mechanical Integrity delivery projects, focusing on maintaining high-quality delivery and assurance. It is essential to establish effective relationships with key global Asset Lifecycle Optimization focal points and work closely with the local recruitment team to identify and recruit high-quality candidates to strengthen and expand the local integrity management delivery team. Ensuring a safe and healthy working environment, promoting safe working practices, and driving continuous improvement in health and safety performance will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also be required to ensure that the team operates in alignment with the company's business management, ethics, HR, and HSE policies and standards. To qualify for this role, you must possess a recognized Technical/Engineering Degree at a minimum Bachelors level, preferably in mechanical, structural, civil, corrosion, or materials engineering. A master's degree or MBA is considered advantageous, along with 15+ years of relevant experience in project delivery within a contracting/consulting environment, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery in the mechanical integrity/asset management space. Experience in managing or delivering mechanical integrity/assets in typical oil and gas or process industry equipment is required, including pipelines (onshore/subsea), pressure equipment, structures, and other processing equipment. Familiarity with broad asset management, asset integrity management, and risk management principles such as ISO 55000 Asset Management or similar is highly beneficial. You should also have experience in delivering technical consulting reports and performing mechanical integrity consulting scopes, including integrity management plan development, inspection workpack development, risk-based inspection, reliability assessments, inspection anomaly assessment, fitness for service assessment, fracture mechanics, vibration/fatigue assessment, and more. Familiarity with integrity management software and international codes and standards related to integrity will be advantageous.
