Job Description

Hiring for IT Operations-Store & Warehouse

Years of Experience : 4 to 5 years

Location : Mumbai

BE or B .Sc IT + MBA in Systems

Role & responsibilities

Manage network and internet connectivity for all retail stores and warehouses monitoring uptime, resolving outages, and coordinating with ISPs.
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, firewalls, and switches across at Warehouse.
Coordinate with Warehouse and Store IT Support Team
Coordinate patch management and ensure timely deployment of endpoint security updates across HO systems.
Ensure all systems at Head Office have the latest OS and software versions, including critical apps, antivirus, and OS updates.
Work closely with endpoint management tools (Anti-Virus /CrowdStrike) to maintain compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor in Any Stream / Diploma in IT

Microsoft \ Network Certification will Preferred (MCSA, CompTIA, CCNA)
4-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure/network support. (Preferred from Retail Background)
Hands-on experience with network devices (Firewall, L2- L3 Switches), Wireless Access Points/Controller, patching tools, and endpoint update tools.
Basic knowledge of IT security and compliance.
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Strong documentation and follow-up capabilities
