-Provide Level 2 support for network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
-Diagnose and resolve complex network issues while ensuring minimal disruption to services.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements.
-Monitor network performance and capacity, making recommendations for upgrades and improvements
-Develop and maintain documentation related to network configurations, changes, and procedures.
-Implement and enforce best practices for network security and data protection.
-Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.
-Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, etc.) and services (DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
-Experience with network monitoring tools and technologies (e.g., ManageEngine, SolarWinds, Nagios, etc.).
-Proficiency in configuring and managing firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security appliances.
-Conduct technical training and mentoring for junior staff members.
-Ensure compliance with information security, IT policies, and conduct audits (System, Cyber Security).
-Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies, particularly in the financial services sector.
