Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for technical roles (developers, designers, etc.) Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates Maintain and update HR databases, records, and recruitment tracking sheets Assist in onboarding documentation and employee record management Coordinate with technical teams for job descriptions and skill requirements Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms Support HR operations including attendance, leave tracking, and employee engagement Assist with internal communication, events, and policy drafting related to the IT team Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., frontend/backend, frameworks, tools) is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience in IT recruitment and HR operations Exposure to a tech-driven work environment Opportunity to learn from experienced professionals Certificate of Internship and Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 3 months Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Location: Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra (Required) Work Location: In person
