Develop and implement the organization's IT infrastructure strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and supports growth and scalability.
2. Manage and lead a team of IT infrastructure and ERP professional professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
3. Design, configure, and maintain the organization's Datacentre, network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, and routers, switches and WAP.
4. Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage systems, virtualization platforms, and backup solutions.
6. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary optimizations to maximize efficiency.
7. Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect the organization's data and systems from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
