IT Head - IT Infra & ERP

Role Overview: As the IT Head for an SME specializing in manufacturing eco-friendly building materials and sustainable solutions in bio-energy generation and wastewater treatment, your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize the IT infrastructure and systems. A key focus of your role will be the successful implementation of ERP to support the company's operations and future growth. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of all IT-related functions, including hardware, software, and network systems. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with all departments to ensure the successful implementation of ERP - Manage and maintain IT hardware, software, and network systems - Collaborate with various departments to understand their IT needs and provide suitable solutions - Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data - Lead IT support efforts by troubleshooting and resolving any IT-related issues - Monitor and ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and data protection regulations - Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's rapid expansion - Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers for software licenses, IT hardware, and outsourced IT services - Plan for future IT infrastructure needs as the company scales, including budgeting and forecasting for IT upgrades and maintenance - Provide training and mentorship to IT staff or functional teams when necessary Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field - Proven experience in IT management, with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience - Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly ERPNext (preferred) - Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity - Experience in managing IT teams and collaborating with external vendors - Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across software and hardware environments - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment and scale IT systems accordingly Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and data management - Experience in the renewable energy sector or related industries Please Note: Skills required for this position include security, cybersecurity, vendor management, IT management, ERPNext, troubleshooting, IT infrastructure, ERP implementation, network systems, data management, infrastructure, cloud-based solutions, and ERP.,
