IT Governance Specialist

As an IT Governance Specialist at iCIMS, you will have the opportunity to work with various business teams to define and project manage the implementation and upgrades of various business systems. Your role will involve coordinating project activities across organizations, optimizing corporate system license management, and producing reports for quarterly application usage by location for tax purposes. Additionally, you will create trend reports and usage-based data management reports to enable data-driven decision making. Key Responsibilities: - Define and project manage implementation and upgrades of various business systems - Coordinate project activities and report on project status to leadership - Optimize corporate system license management including monthly review, validation, and releasing of unused licenses - Produce reports for quarterly application usage by location for tax purposes - Support accounting allocation by producing a quarterly allocation report - Create trend reports and usage-based data management reports - Handle sensitive and/or confidential material with suitable discretion Qualifications: - Excellent communications, interpersonal, and written skills - Project Management skills - Ability to consolidate and organize data into Dashboards and status reports - Team player with a positive attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft tools including Excel and PowerPoint - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment - Ability to multi-task and take initiative - BA/BS/BE in a related field highly preferred or relevant equivalent work experience Preferred Qualifications: - BA/BS in a related field highly preferred or relevant equivalent work experience In addition to the challenging role, iCIMS is dedicated to fostering an inclusive, purpose-driven, and innovative work environment where everyone belongs.
