IT Executive

Job Summary:

The IT Executive will be responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and resolving all hardware and software-related issues across the organization. The role involves providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operations of systems, networks, and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support to employees (onsite and remote) for system-related queries.
• Maintain and update operating systems, antivirus, and other essential software.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
• Ensure regular data backup and system recovery solutions are in place.
• Assist in setting up new user accounts, emails, and access permissions.
• Keep records of repairs, issues, and solutions for future reference.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment purchase, repair, or warranty claims.
• Ensure IT security, including firewalls, antivirus, and data protection policies.
• Support installation and configuration of networking devices (routers, switches, Wi-Fi).

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and commonly used business applications.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration).
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
