Technical Qualifications:- Implementation, configuration, management and/or troubleshooting of the following technologies: Windows Server 2008-16 Remote Desktop Services (Multi-Server Farm w/ Secure Gateway) Active Directory and Group Policy SSL Certificates Cisco ASA and SonicWall firewalls Basic router and switch configurations (VLAN / Redundant WAN) MSP tools Roles and Responsibilities:- 1. Assist in managing and troubleshooting the company's network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and connectivity. 2. Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement effective security measures to protect the organization's data and systems. 3. Provide support in configuring and maintaining routers, switches, and firewalls to optimize network performance. 4. Assist in monitoring network traffic and identifying and resolving any issues that may arise. 5. Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. 6. Assist in managing hardware and software assets, including inventory management and license compliance. 7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in order to contribute innovative ideas for enhancing the company's IT infrastructure.
