Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering technical support to end users, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring efficient daily IT operations across both on-site and remote environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and related hardware/software.
  • Provide technical support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and commonly used applications.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and printer issues.
  • Set up and manage user accounts, email clients, and basic network configurations.
  • Provide support in wired and wireless network environments (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP configuration, printer sharing, etc.).
  • Assist in maintaining and supporting server infrastructure.
  • Install, update, and monitor antivirus software.
  • Support video conferencing systems and routine IT maintenance.
  • Install and provide basic support for CCTV systems and biometric access control devices.
  • Perform network cable crimping and punching (Cat 6).
  • Assist with system backup and recovery operations.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory records and procurement.
  • Be available to travel to other office locations as needed for onsite support and deployments.

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
  • IT Diploma holder/ MCSE/CCNA Certifications
  • Good understanding of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, IT Infrastructure and operations.
  • Familiarity with server environments and basic troubleshooting.
  • Experience with CCTV and biometric systems installation and support.
  • Good problem-solving and communication (Verbal & writing) skills.
  • Ability to work independently and willingness to travel to different company office locations when required.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with helpdesk/ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Familiar of vendor management.
