Job Description

Position Overview

Manage and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
Install, configure, and update software, applications, and antivirus programs.
Maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and network switches for uninterrupted connectivity.
Provide IT support to employees for daily technical issues (email, system access, ERP, etc.).
Manage data backup, storage, and system security.
Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, AMC, and warranty claims.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and cyber security measures.

Camera / CCTV Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras and DVR/NVR systems.
Monitor live feeds and ensure proper recording for security surveillance.
Regularly check camera functionality, storage backup, and resolve technical faults.
Coordinate with security/admin team for access control and footage retrieval.
Maintain documentation of camera locations, IP addresses, and service schedules.
Liaise with vendors for expansion or repairs of surveillance systems.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
Familiar with CCTV installation, DVR/NVR configuration, and remote monitoring.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
Basic knowledge of cyber security and data protection practices.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and support cross-functional departments.
Vendor coordination and negotiation skills.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate in IT / Computer Science or related field (preferred).
2 - 5 years of experience in IT support and camera/CCTV management.
Certifications in Networking/Hardware (CCNA, Comp TIA, etc.) will be an added advantage.
