Reports to: IT Manager/Head of IT

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Salary- upto 4 LPA

5.5 Days | 9:30 to 6:00 PM

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Executive to provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure the smooth operation of systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• System Administration: Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
• Project Implementation: Assist in the implementation of new IT projects, ensuring successful deployment and integration.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure IT systems and data are secure and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment and maximize business results.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.

Requirement

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of IT experience.
• Skills: Strong technical skills, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with IT infrastructure, operating systems, and software applications.
