Job Title: IT Executive [male candidates only]

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Executive to support and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a service-oriented mindset to provide internal support, manage hardware/software issues, and assist in IT development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide day-to-day technical support to staff across departments.

· Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

· Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software faults.

· Ensure data security, backups, and recovery processes are regularly implemented.

· Maintain and update the IT inventory, documentation, and asset tracking.

· Manage LAN/WAN networks and ensure high availability and performance.

· Stay updated with the latest IT trends and security protocols.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field (BCA, B.Sc IT, MCA, B.Tech preferred).

· Minimum 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or related roles.

· Familiarity with antivirus, firewalls, CCTV systems, and backup solutions.

· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced NGO environment.

Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
