Job Description

Role Overview:

The IT Executive will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and security systems. This role involves ensuring smooth IT operations, providing technical support to end-users, maintaining data integrity, and implementing technology solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

2. Provide first-level support for hardware, software, networking, and system issues.

3. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

4. Troubleshoot email, internet, VPN, and application-related issues.

5. System & Network Administration

6. Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and firewall systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

∙Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

∙1–3 years of experience in IT support, administration, or related roles.

7. Monitor server performance, backups, and storage systems.

8. Ensure antivirus, security patches, and updates are deployed regularly.

9. Install, update, and maintain licensed software and applications.

10. Support ERP/CRM and other business applications.

11. Liaise with vendors for software and hardware support.

12. Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures are in place.

13. Monitor and control user access rights and permissions.

14. Implement and enforce IT policies and best practices.

15. Asset & Documentation Management

16. Maintain IT asset inventory (hardware/software/licenses).

17. Prepare and maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and support tickets.

18. Assist in IT audits and compliance requirements.

19. User Training & Guidance

20. Provide training to employees on IT tools and security practices.

21. Support digital initiatives and process automation projects.

Key Skills & Competencies:

∙Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux and MAC operating systems.

∙Hands-on experience with networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls).

∙Familiarity with cloud services (Google Workspace).

∙Problem-solving and analytical skills.

∙Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

∙Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

∙1–3 years of experience in IT support, administration, or related roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
