Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist with approximately 2 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, managing hardware and software, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, routers, switches, etc.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
• Provide technical support to end-users regarding software, hardware, and network-related problems.
• Manage data backup processes, execute patch updates, and enforce data security policies.
• Support ERP software applications (e.g., Tally, SAP, or industry-specific systems) and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution.
• Maintain and update the IT asset inventory; ensure timely renewal and management of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for IT procurement, service, and support.
• Monitor critical IT infrastructure resources, perform patch management, and enforce group policy settings.
• Support server management, data storage, and backup operations.
• Implement and adhere to cybersecurity policies and user access controls to ensure organizational data security.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with ERP systems like Tally, SAP, or similar.
• Familiarity with network devices, server management, and cybersecurity practices.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
