Job Summary
The IT Executive will support day-to-day IT operations for our furniture manufacturing units and offices, ensuring smooth functioning of systems used in production, inventory, and office operations. The role includes managing hardware, networks, basic ERP/production software support, and providing timely assistance to users on the shop floor and in office departments.​

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and barcode devices used in factory and warehouse.​
• Provide first-level support for ERP or production/Inventory software (e.g., billing, stock, production planning modules) and coordinate with external vendors for issues.​
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, internet routers, switches, and CCTV/network devices within plant and office premises.​
• Ensure regular data backup, antivirus updates, and basic cybersecurity hygiene for all systems.​
• Create and manage user IDs, email accounts, access rights, and ensure adherence to IT policies.​
• Support time-attendance/biometric devices and their integration with HR or payroll systems.​
• Maintain IT asset inventory for all locations including desktops, laptops, licenses, and network equipment.​
• Provide on-site support during production shifts when required to reduce downtime for manufacturing and dispatch operations.​

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.​
• 1–4 years of experience in IT support; exposure to manufacturing, plant, or warehouse environment preferred.​
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, basic servers, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi‑Fi), and printers/scanners.​
• Experience supporting ERP or inventory/production software will be an added advantage.​
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills; ability to support users at different levels (factory workers, supervisors, office staff).​

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,316.73 - ₹31,241.71 per month
