Server Management – Maintain and ensure the smooth operation of company and Outlet servers and pos.
ERP Support – Assist in ERP implementation and provide necessary IT support to all Outlets.
System Troubleshooting – Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and IT systems.
Data Management – Handle data backups, recovery, and IT security measures.
IT Security & Compliance – Ensure security protocols and assist in implementing cybersecurity measures.
Vendor Coordination – Liaise with service providers for IT-related purchases and support.
Documentation – Maintain records of IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of server management, networking, and troubleshooting.
Experience in ERP system support or implementation.
Basic knowledge of C, C++, and Java.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Good communication and teamwork
