1. Installation and troubleshooting of Operating system and Applications on Laptop and Desktop.
2. Upgradation and monitoring, System upgradation, Improve quality of service.
3. Latest patching, OS, Antivirus monitoring, Application monitoring and coordination with Vendor
for application related issues and resolution.
4. Configuration and troubleshooting of printers, data card, scanners etc.
5. Help technically to security team in CCTV related problems.
6. Configuration of mail clients and troubleshooting mail client related issues
7. Isolate system issues, diagnose standard software issues and report hardware issues to
respective vendors.
8. Assist users in accessing applications based on standard SOPs
9. Fiber & Network projects implementation with coordination with local vendor and Central
Network team.
10. Coordination with Vendor for UPS maintenance, ISP coordination for links issues
11. Vendor co-ordination in terms of Call logging, tracking and closure for OEM calls pertain to
hardware, software and networking support
12. Basic Networking knowledge and coordination with Local / Remote support team to resolve
issues.
13. HO & Corporate initiative, constant reporting to HO team, coordinate with HO team for
closure for issues.
1. 2-5-year experience as Desktop support engineer.
2. Good knowledge and Troubleshooting skills all desktop, laptops and printer related issues
3. Basic Networking knowledge and Vendor coordination.
4. Good Knowledge on Windows 10 Operating system, MS Office, VPN, Basic knowledge on
Server / Network etc.
5. Basic Networking knowledge and skills of Vendor coordination.
6. Good listener, problem solving and communication skills
7. Ready to travel when required.
