IT Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support to users for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Monitor and maintain local networks to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
Support in managing Windows/Mac systems, software licenses, and regular system updates.
Handle basic server administration tasks under guidance.
Perform regular data backups and assist in disaster recovery operations.
Ensure IT assets are updated and properly documented.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support.
Maintain CCTV, biometric systems, and other office technology infrastructure.
Respond quickly to service issues and requests, ensuring minimal disruption.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in IT support or system administration.
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with antivirus tools, Microsoft Office, and remote desktop applications.
Good understanding of LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, routers, and switches.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
