Summary:

The candidate will be supporting the Production Operations of the SFMS application.

Experience:

1) Candidate should have strong 2-3 years of experience as Production Support Engineer 2) Good communication skills, email etiquettes, with ability to work in all shifts (24x7x365)

Knowledge:

1)Should have basic knowledge in IBM MQ, AIX Server and Windows Server. 2)Understanding and Executing of the SQL Statements. 3) Knowledge in Payments Systems will be an added advantage. 4) Knowledge in Banking domain will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

Candidate should have strong working experience in Production Support. Candidate should be good in customer support operations across various shifts 24x7x365. Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues. Understanding and Executing of the SQL Statements.
