• To conduct network troubleshooting to segregate and identify general network problems.
• Maintaining server upgrade, secure, system backups and disaster recovery preparation.
• Able to create the user accounts and performing access control.
• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
• Able to maintain secure passwords, file system security and data integrity for desktop environment.
• Develops, maintains and monitors procedures for all server backups.
• Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
• Abel to provide access control, installing the software, OS for the users.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer science Eng. Diploma/ B.Tech/BSc with 3+ years relevant experience.
• Good Communication knowledge
• Experience with backups, restores and recovery models on end users devises
• Vendor Management.
• Managing local IT infra LAN, WAN
• Strong knowledge of Server, Network administration
