We are looking for a forward-thinking Microsoft Copilot Studio AI Engineer to join our growing innovation team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI tools . You will work closely with cross-functional teams to automate business workflows, boost productivity, and deliver outstanding user experiences across platforms like Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Workday, Dynamics 365, and more. This position offers the opportunity to shape enterprise-wide AI transformation by combining low-code/no-code tools with advanced AI orchestration using Azure AI Studio, Foundry, and OpenAI. ** Shortlisted candidates will participate in a 2-hour interview round , including a presentation of their real-world AI or Agentic AI project experience , with a focus on agent design, prompt engineering, and enterprise impact. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and define Copilot use cases. Design, build, and optimize intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Studio, and Azure AI Foundry. Integrate agents into enterprise ecosystems such as Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Salesforce, Workday, and others via APIs and connectors. Deploy agents across channels, including Microsoft Teams, Slack and web. Enhance automation using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Cognitive Services. Monitor and analyze performance using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and feedback telemetry. Design human-in-the-loop (HITL) workflows to support accuracy, compliance, and trust. Apply Responsible AI principles in development, testing, and deployment processes. Build reusable templates, connectors, and governance frameworks for agent scalability. Stay current with Microsoft Copilot platform updates and industry best practices. Rapidly prototype and iterate in sandbox environments to test new agent capabilities. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS - Required Skills & Expertise Core Engineering Skills Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI services. Experience building solutions with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Cognitive Services. Solid programming background in C#, JavaScript, Python, or equivalent. Proficiency with large datasets and BI tools for telemetry and feedback integration. AI/LLM Expertise Proficient in working with large language models (LLMs), including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation using established AI benchmarking frameworks. Deep understanding of agent orchestration patterns, including memory management, feedback loops, tool use, and human-in-the-loop (HITL) systems. Experience designing and deploying intelligent copilots using Azure AI Studio or Copilot Studio, with a focus on grounding, safety, and user experience. Enterprise Integration Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Workday, and Microsoft 365. Knowledge of API development, RBAC, data governance, and enterprise-grade security. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot connectors, and multi-channel AI deployments. Understanding of conversational UX, agent lifecycle management, and middleware integration. Microsoft certifications such as PL-500, AI-102, or Power Platform Solution Architect. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
