This is your opportunity to lead from the centre, influence across functions, and drive operational excellence at scale.What will you be doing?As Chief of Staff for Enterprise Applications, you’ll be the strategic and operational heartbeat of a global IT organisation. You’ll partner closely with the Head of Enterprise Applications and their leadership team to ensure seamless execution of day-to-day operations, while also driving long-term transformation.You’ll lead governance and performance reviews, manage financial planning and vendor relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams across infrastructure, security, data and business IT. From strategic planning to workforce management, you’ll bring clarity, rhythm and structure to a fast-paced, high-impact environment.What will you need to be successful?Success in this role means being a trusted advisor, a master organiser and a confident communicator. You’ll need to:
  • Bring 10–15 years of experience in IT operations, PMO or business management, ideally within enterprise applications
  • Demonstrate strong program management, governance and executive communication skills
  • Be highly organised, process-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a matrixed environment
  • Show leadership presence and the ability to influence across senior stakeholders globally
