Description
As a crew manager at EY, your role involves hiring, evaluating, and supervising crew members. You will provide guidance and training to develop the crew, set performance standards, review performance, and make informed compensation decisions in accordance with Human Resources policies. Key Responsibilities: - Delivering software releases related to the product for business units - Managing the testing, evaluation, and selection of IT vendor products - Determining project scope with business clients and developing environmental requirements - Developing and implementing staffing and operational plans - Leveraging staffing options and managing a global workforce - Participating in the development of department goals and monitoring service delivery metrics - Implementing changes to department policies and procedures to meet business needs - Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and recommending strategies - Leading quality initiatives to improve service delivery levels - Participating in the development of the department budget and ensuring compliance - Overseeing end-to-end IT project planning and execution - Leading the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and mitigating risks - Managing relationships with external vendors and third-party service providers Qualifications Required: - Experience in crew management and performance evaluation - Knowledge of software delivery processes and IT vendor management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to develop and implement staffing and operational plans - Understanding of department budgeting and compliance - Proficiency in IT project planning and execution EY is dedicated to building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society, and the planet.
