Job Description

Job Summary:

IT Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define project requirements and success criteria.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
Facilitate communication and coordination between development, QA, operations, and other relevant teams.
Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers involved in IT delivery.
Ensure compliance with IT governance, security policies, and quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, methodologies, and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP).
Experience in IT infrastructure, cloud services, or software development delivery.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Knowledge of budgeting and financial management for IT projects.
Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
