Job Description

Job Title: IT Coordinator Group IT and Vendor Management Location: [Mumbai] Reporting To: IT Head Key Responsibilities Coordination with Group IT: Act as the primary liaison between the Line of Business IT and Group IT for all infrastructure and security-related requirements. Ensure compliance with Group IT policies, standards, and guidelines. Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of services as per SLAs. Oversee vendor relationships, escalate issues, and ensure resolutions align with business objectives. Stakeholder Communication: Interface with business users to gather IT requirements and align them with group strategies. Communicate project status, updates, and challenges effectively to all stakeholders. Process Optimization: Identify gaps in current IT processes and suggest improvements for efficient delivery. Maintain documentation of all IT processes, vendor contracts, and coordination activities. Support IT Projects: Assist in IT infrastructure projects, security audits, and compliance initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions effectively. Qualifications and Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 5–7 years in IT coordination, vendor management, or related roles. Certifications: ITIL, PMP, or equivalent (preferred). Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with IT infrastructure and cybersecurity principles. Proficiency in vendor contract management and SLA monitoring.
