IT Coordinator

The IT Asset Coordinator role involves tracking, managing, and maintaining the organization's IT assets throughout their lifecycle. This includes ensuring accurate recording, monitoring, and maintenance of hardware and software assets to support efficient IT operations and compliance. Responsibilities include maintaining precise records of IT hardware and software assets using asset management tools, tracking asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal, collaborating with IT and procurement teams for managing inventory levels, monitoring software licenses for compliance, conducting regular audits of IT assets, coordinating with vendors for asset delivery and repairs, tagging and labeling new IT equipment, generating reports on asset utilization and inventory status, assisting in IT budget planning and cost analysis, and managing asset-related documentation. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience in IT asset management or a similar role. - Strong organizational and data management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and asset management tools like ServiceNow, Freshservice, Lansweeper. - Good understanding of IT hardware, software, and licensing. - Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision. - Excellent communication and coordination skills.
