BPM India Advisory Services Private Limited is a subsidiary of BPM LLP. The Firm s International Tax Practice is one of the largest on the West Coast, and its well-recognized SEC practice serves approximately 35 public reporting companies, mostly in the technology industry. Responsibilities: Assist with SOX ITGC testing for clients based in the United States. Conduct IT Audits in accordance with standards like SSAE and SOX. Attend walkthrough during control testing and assist the IT Assurance Manager/ Supervisors by taking detailed notes and documenting control objectives in working papers. Perform all the activities relating to the audit and ensure timely deliverables. Provide day-to-day support to the IT Assurance Manager/Supervisors to assist with the timely submission of audit deliverables. Managing other audit-related work/activities like SOC summaries, setting up & finalization of the Binder. Maintain CPE requirements relevant to audit areas. Qualifications: 2-3 years of post-qualification experience within IT consulting, IT internal audit, IT compliance, and SSAE engagements. Completed, pursuing, or interested in completing the CISA certification. Working knowledge of SOC (1,2 & 3) and ITGC controls testing. Ability to synthesize all forms of research into clear, thoughtful, actionable deliverables. Ability to work on multiple engagements simultaneously. A forward-thinking and hands-on approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills Prior experience of working with US stakeholders is an added advantage. A desire to learn. Team Player
