As an IT Business Senior Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between business users and technologists to ensure the exchange of information is clear and concise. Your role will involve defining systems scope and objectives for complex projects, consulting with users to solve system issues, and supporting system change processes. You will also identify risks and impacts, provide user support, and act as an advisor to lower-level analysts. In addition, you will operate with a limited level of direct supervision, exercise autonomy, and act as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members. **Key Responsibilities:** - Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects - Consult with users and clients to solve system issues through evaluation of business processes - Support system change processes from requirements through implementation - Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications - Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications - Act as an advisor to new or lower-level analysts - Operate with a limited level of direct supervision - Exercise independence of judgment and autonomy - Act as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members **Qualifications:** - 8+ years of total experience - Good experience in Data analysis, SQL, and Financial market data - Experience with Jira, BRD, and FRD - Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills - Proven interpersonal, diplomatic, and management skills - Clear and concise written and verbal communication - Ability to manage multiple activities and build working relationships - Self-motivated with the ability to master new tasks quickly - Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with attention to detail **Education:** - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level overview of the work performed.
