IT Business Sr Analyst

As an IT Business Senior Analyst at our company, your role involves acting as an intermediary between business users and technologists to facilitate the exchange of information in a clear and logical manner. Your main objective will be to contribute to the continuous evaluation of business performance, gain insights, and drive business planning. Responsibilities: - Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects, fostering communication between business leaders and IT - Consult with users and clients to address complex system issues through in-depth evaluation of business processes and recommend solutions - Support system change processes from requirements through implementation, providing input based on analysis - Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications and offer user and operational support - Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications of technology application - Act as an advisor or coach to new analysts, collaborating with the team to achieve business objectives - Operate with a limited level of direct supervision - Exercise independence of judgment and autonomy - Act as a Subject Matter Expert to senior stakeholders and/or team members Qualifications: - 5-8 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills - Strong interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management, and prioritization skills - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage multiple activities, build relationships, and take initiative - Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with attention to detail - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience Good Experience in: - Banking Wholesale/Retail Products and Capital Market domain - Banking regulatory reporting framework - Data Analysis, SQL - Knowledge in ETL concepts (added advantage),
