IT Business Sr Analyst - Assistant Vice President

As an IT Business Senior Analyst at our company, you will play an integral role in facilitating communication between business users and technologists to ensure the exchange of information is clear and effective. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the continuous exploration and investigation of business performance to drive business planning forward. **Key Responsibilities:** - Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects, fostering communication between business leaders and IT - Consult with users and clients to solve complex system issues through in-depth evaluation of business processes and industry standards - Support system change processes from requirements through implementation and provide input based on analysis - Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications of technology applications - Act as an advisor or coach to new analysts, working collaboratively to achieve business objectives - Operate with a limited level of direct supervision, exercising independence of judgement - Serve as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and/or other team members **Qualifications:** - 5-8 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills - Strong interpersonal, diplomatic, and management skills - Clear and concise written and verbal communication abilities - Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build working relationships - Self-motivated with the initiative to master new tasks quickly - Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and approach work methodically with attention to detail **Education:** - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level overview of the work performed.
